Shipping Policy

At Kuosh Studio, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with Printful as our fulfillment provider to ensure this.


Fulfillment

All our products are made-to-order. For US, domestic, the fulfillment process for our products takes approximately 2-5 business days. International fulfillment process for our products takes approximately 6 - 10 days.
Once your order has been fulfilled, we will ship it out to your provided shipping address.


Shipping

The shipping time depends on the product availability and the delivery destination.
We offer shipping worldwide. However, the shipping rates may vary based on the order volume and the delivery destination.

Delivery

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it will be delivered to the end address.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.


Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order.
If it’s past the estimated delivery time and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us.
